General description of products, use, documentation
Replastic is a product line produced from recycled plastic grinds by extrusion or pressing. All our products are long-lasting, maintenance-free, compact, colored in material and washable. It is resistant to weather, moisture, decay and UV radiation. Keeps parasites and molds away. The raw material of our products contains municipal and industrial plastics recycled in 100 %, therefore neither their material nor their surface is as homogeneous as that of objects made from primary raw materials.
Stains, knots, and wrinkles on the surface do not affect the durability and usability of the products and even create a natural effect.
These products can largely replace other products made of wood, stone, and metal. It can be used in all areas where strength, weather resistance and durability are important.
In its mechanical properties, it is similar to wooden products, and in many cases surpasses them (e.g. compressive strength). UV-resistant, heat-resistant to a limited extent, oil-resistant (for non-solvent oil), does not absorb moisture.
Its composition (type of foam) can be changed according to the customer's needs, depending on the mechanical properties of the material required. The composition of the material affects the product's compressive strength, surface friction, and other mechanical and physical properties. Prices may change when the material composition is changed. In the case of individual needs, it is important to know the area of use.
Likewise it can be shaped like wood, it can be easily sawed and drilled, its color is basically determined by the composition and color of the recycled plastic grind, but thanks to the latest developments by adding a coloring agent, the color of the product can be changed taking into account the customer's needs.
We offer a 12-month distributor warranty for our products and a 12-year manufacturer's warranty.

It is made from recyclable materials. At the end of the product's life cycle, you don't even have to throw it in the trash to end up in landfills, because the product can be ground up and reused!
Environmental effect
The widespread use of plastics, despite its positive role in everyday life, also generates many problems today. The biggest problem is plastics that have been manufactured over decades and then end up in the "garbage", a significant part of which does not decompose or only after a very long time, thus seriously burdening our environment. In addition to reducing the amount of plastics used, the environmental burden can be reduced by recycling already manufactured plastics! The creation of this product line set exactly this goal!
After grinding the recyclable plastics, a new product is created from the grind. New products are produced by extrusion or pressing. In terms of its texture, the extruded product is a hard material, and in terms of its homogeneity, it has a spongy core and a hard, thick crust. The pressed product is compact and hard.
Thanks to its material, it can be used widely. The product has extremely high compressive strength, it is also completely weatherproof, it can be easily shaped (drilled, cut, nailed, screwed), almost anything can be assembled from it that could be assembled from other materials.
The great advantage of the product is that the assembled creations are extremely durable and do not need to be maintained or repaired!
Dilation
Passive thermal movement of our products: at 100 cm profile length Δ40°C thermal effect: 6 mm change.
Plastic profiles are solid, but have a greater bending compared to classic wooden profiles. Therefore we recommend that the support points be sized between 30 and 40 cm in the case of terrace, floor, boat and jetty covering.
The heat resistance of the products is between -30 °C and +70 °C. In case of uneven temperature load, deformation may occur, which will be restored after the effect ceases.
Adequate expansion movement must be ensured during installation. The extent of this depends on the material of the intended or existing support structure, the way the parts are connected to each other, and the tension of the connection points.
In the case of fastening with a through screw, it is recommended to make a longitudinal hole larger than the core size of the screw.
Recording
Connections and fastenings are recommended to be made with mechanical fasteners (metric and wood screws).
Important! Do not tighten the screws, use self-locking nuts.
In the case of other fastening methods, ensure the appropriate amount of dilatation movement. It is not recommended to glue, weld or solder the profiles. It is recommended to use glue as an additional bond to strengthen the attachment and/or to fill joint gaps.
Its use as a structural or support element is possible if approved after consultation with the manufacturer.
Within a few years, due to environmental influences, the color shade will change, this is a natural phenomenon! The original color can be restored by heat treatment.
Storage
The elements must be placed on a transport pallet corresponding to their length or on a horizontal, smooth surface so that they lie on a straight surface along their entire length.
Furthermore, the effect of direct sunlight must be excluded, as elements exposed to radiation may lose their shade compared to other elements!
